Excellent service advisor bad dealership 6 hours for oil change and hybrid battery check even though I was advised after being on time 11:00 AM to my appointment that it was going to take 6 hours for oil ch change and hybrid battery check even though I was advised after being on time 11:00 AM to my appointment that it was going to take 6 hours for oil change couldn’t go back home stayed at the dealership 6 hours the worst ever this is the 2nd time this dealership did this I will never buy my next car and do service there again More

I started an online search of Toyota dealers to find myself a new Tacoma to buy. After speaking with and visiting a few dealerships, I decided on Longo Toyota and salesman Fred Williams. I believe it wa myself a new Tacoma to buy. After speaking with and visiting a few dealerships, I decided on Longo Toyota and salesman Fred Williams. I believe it was the right choice. Fred comes across as an honest and transparent salesman, a good guy all around. He will not mislead you to make a sale and will stand behind what he sells. Any questions that I had, he answered with no problem. If he didn't know the answer he would find out. I had a great experience with Fred during my purchase. In fact if your interested in buying a car.. I would definitely recommend you see Fred Williams. I even had additional accessories added to my truck. Fred made sure that process went smoothly as well. I would recommend Fred Williams to anyone, including my own family, who is looking to buy a new or used Toyota. I couldn't end this review without giving a good recommendation and a thank you to Noli Evangelista in the Service Dept. He did a great job setting everything up for the accessory install. He was honest about the amount of time it would take to complete the job. Had the truck ready when he said it would be ready. Patiently answered all my questions. These two gentlemen definitely made my experience and purchase at Longo Toyota a good one.. More

The dealership is ok, however the time you take to service a car is awful. I waited 4 hours for my oil change. 4 hours I cannot get back. It did not used to be like this before. Overall, my experience was ok. I was greeted and treated with respect and politeness. Everything was clean and easy to find. Noli E. was my advisor and although he was very nice, h I was greeted and treated with respect and politeness. Everything was clean and easy to find. Noli E. was my advisor and although he was very nice, he made some errors that I didn’t like. He automatically signed me up for text notifications even though I’ve opted out in the past. I asked to be removed, again but throughout the day I continued to get text messages from him and the automated service. I prefer email because it is easier to scan for fraud or scams, especially if I’m required to follow a link. He also promised my car to be ready 2 hours later than when it was actually ready. This would typically be a pleasant surprise but I did mention that I would have to cancel some appointments to wait for the vehicle. By the time it was ready, I already missed my appointments. Overall, he was very communicative and considerate that I may need to pick up my car later. It’s unfortunate the service still took 4 hours from start to finish, considering they’re such a large dealership but I’m satisfied with the results and the car has never given me problems under their care. More

Over the past 20yrs, I've purchased several cars from Fred Williams (Pre-Owned Digital Sales) at Longo Toyota; and I've also had each vehicle serviced at Longo as well. All of my experiences at Longo have been nothing but stellar from start to finish. A couple days ago, I signed a lease for a new 4Runner and I couldn't be happier with me new set of wheels! I can't express how wonderful Fred Williams, Finance - Laura Tan, and ASM -Noli Evangelista are. I'm a very happy and extremely satisfied lifetime Longo customer, and I highly recommend you become one as well! More
