Nomar was incredibly responsive throughout the process of purchasing my “new to me” Q5 and stayed in touch every step of the way. It was truly refreshing to work with a salesperson who wasn’t pushy. He was patient as I test drove a couple different vehicles and was prompt with bringing the car back from the satellite lot before I returned to make the decision to buy.
