I was in a bit of a time crunch on the day I signed my lease, and Greg and Mike were extremely considerate of my time and made everything really easy. I keep coming back because I know that Norm and Greg will always make what can be a dreadful ordeal a simple, pleasueful experience. During my last two car deals with BMW North I was able to work directly with Shujaat and Norm to put a very fair deal together. I also enjoyed having a dedicated technician ride along during the test drive to answer questions as opposed to having a salesman ride along.
