Terrible customer service Dropped my car off for service on the check engine light abs backup camera. Was told the electrical tech wasn’t available on Saturday. No loaner cars were available. Was told the engine diagnostic would be $140 and would apply towards services. I agreed. Called Monday to check on status and was told there was also a fee for the electrical diagnosis. Wasn’t told this on Saturday the only reason it was left till Monday More
