Highly Impressive Norman is very knowledge about Hyundai's and explained every operating function of vehicle in detail. I felt ease and comfort leaving the dealership with my new car because of the hands-on tutorial provided by Norman. We discussed the cost of the vehicle and what I wanted my payments to be. Norman made it happen! I left Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie a very satisfied customer. The service was outstanding. A warm, welcoming, and very encouraging car buying experience. I would recommend Norman, Carlos, and Oursman Hyundai of Bowie team to my family, friends, coworkers, etc. I plan to return for my next vehicle purchase. More

My Experice with Ourisman of Bowie Anya Kerns and Norma Hawkins worked with me to find the exact car that I have been looking for the past months. Anya not only found the car I wanted, Anya Kerns and Norma Hawkins worked with me to find the exact car that I have been looking for the past months. Anya not only found the car I wanted, but found one that my wife will enjoy. So I purchased two new cars. Anya also followed up with me after I got the cars home to see if all was well.
