2/21/2026 Went for my 100,000 mile checkup and came away with a clean bill of health. The only semi-major item was new tires, which was not unexpected. Norman is honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and works on your behalf unselfishly! As usual and expected, the technician performed a complete inspection and installed 4 new tires, performed a wheel alignment and balancing in a very acceptable time frame, on a very busy Saturday. I have no complaints with Toyota of TB and its service department, they are elite. Norman V. is more than exceptional, he is the best of the best. He never disappoints me and is always upfront, honest and works with me to get things done within my budget, without pressure. I can always count on Norman Vassell to put my best interests first.
