Norman is the 3rd in a line of great advisors. I followed Steve Canalejo from the other place when he moved to Toyota of Tampa Bay. When he left his son-in-law became my advisor. He had filled in for the 2 previous ones when they were not available. So I knew him, and I trust him and am happy that he made room for me in his busy schedule.
