My last visit/encounter with the service department was very bad and I was very dissatisfied with them not installing or refunding the cost of a part that I paid for. They ordered a part for me and I was told that I would receive a call to come in and have it installed. After a couple of months of waiting on that call and trying to contact my Service Representative, I called the Parts Department to find out whether or not my part was in. I was told yes, so I tried to contact my Service Representative again with no luck. So I took my vehicle in to get the part put on and was told that I would need call my Service Representative to schedule an appointment because she was off that day. At this time we were in the middle of the pandemic, I was working from home in Conyers and it difficult finding enough time to get it done. Before the pandemic I worked down the street on Vaughn Rd, where I would usually drop off and get a ride or walk back to work. To make a long story short, the Parts Department no longer had my part and would not reorder without me paying for it again. Nor would they or Service Department refund the $183.00 that I paid for the part. If you’re concerned about me being satisfied with my last experience, then you would/should do the right thing it won't hurt you.
