The dealership did not communicate clearly the expected timeline for the work, they said that work was being done when it wasn’t, the led me to believe it was possible the work might get done on a day when timeline for the work, they said that work was being done when it wasn’t, the led me to believe it was possible the work might get done on a day when the service center was closed (which they gave no heads up about even though they knew in advance they were closing for a day), it was very difficult getting anyone on the phone, and one of the service advisors hung up on me and never followed up on when I could pick up my vehicle - I had to physically come in and wait 30 minutes for them to get the vehicle ready to return. And in 4 days the accomplished exactly nothing in fixing the issue with my vehicle. More

We took our van in to have a coolant leak checked out. We showed them where it was leaking from and they came back to us stating it was a faulty radiator cap. They then stated it would be $100 for a new r We showed them where it was leaking from and they came back to us stating it was a faulty radiator cap. They then stated it would be $100 for a new radiator cap, a $5 product. That didn't fix the issue. We were then informed the head gasket was bad and that we had to replace the whole engine to the tune of 9k. My vehicle only had 65k miles so we attempted to open a care case. We had a hard time getting a service manager on the phone and a care agent to call us back. While waiting on the care center to review our case our service manager texted, the only way he communicated, telling me his manager was going to tow my car. When we went to pick it up they couldn't find my vehicle leaving us waiting an hour. I will tell anyone that listens to never go here and better yet save yourself a huge headache and don't buy a Kia. I was told two different dates, my car wasn’t ready for over a month, the price was $300 more than any other mechanic I found (I didn’t want to tow it again so I paid), they didn’t have a loaner car availa over a month, the price was $300 more than any other mechanic I found (I didn’t want to tow it again so I paid), they didn’t have a loaner car available so I went without a car for over a month (at Christmas time..) and why on earth is a starter messed up on a 4 year old car? I gave 2 stars because most everyone was friendly (except the checkout clerk). I mentioned getting a discount for the wait, the multiple date changes, and the lack of a loaner car, and I was shut down in a rude, dismissive way. Everyone else was very friendly though. More

This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any car dealership. I brought my car in almost 3 weeks ago for a dead battery. My car just sat for weeks before anyone even looked at it dealing with any car dealership. I brought my car in almost 3 weeks ago for a dead battery. My car just sat for weeks before anyone even looked at it. I asked if I can be provided a loaner vehicle since it was taken them so long to get to it and was told by Misty that I was on a waitlist and that I was number 37 out of 38!!I called and called and nobody was ever able to give me an update. I finally received a text message yesterday, 12/4 telling me that they were going to replace the battery. I asked if I could pick the car up after the battery was put in since they sent the text around noon and they don’t close until 7. Nobody responded. I called Kia customer care and they advised that the dealership told them they put the battery in yesterday but gave me a promise date it 12/14 to pick up the car due to them needing to complete a safety recall on my rear windows. No one gave me a commit date of anything!!!! Nor did they mention to me they were working on a safety recall. I didn’t ask for anything to be done but the battery to be replaced. I can never get in touch with anyone when trying to call. I just want my vehicle back and I feel like it’s being held hostage at this point! If you have the option, never ever take your vehicle to them! Taking a whole month just for a battery replacement is absolutely unacceptable and the lack of communication from the advisors made the experience even worse. More

Dissatisfied. Sold me a 2018 Chevrolet that has stopped repeatedly. Needs battery. Refused to find the matter with the lemon because it could not be duplicated.
