I like the car, but the dealers were sneaky and deceitful. Be careful and read the contract before you sign it. They gave me warranties without letting me know they were optional. I feel that they deceived me because they lied through omission. At the end of it all I was out of three thousand dollars I could have kept. Be careful guys. Read before you sign; even if it takes you an hour. You will feel better for it. More

When buying a car from out of state, you can feel anxious and worried that the car is going to show up different than described, or if there is a problem that you are stuck dealing with repairs on your own. and worried that the car is going to show up different than described, or if there is a problem that you are stuck dealing with repairs on your own. With Suburban Subaru, I can say both of these worries were overwhelmingly not an issue. Nuo our salesman was honest to a fault, sending me pictures of and videos of every small scratch that I would never have worried about. And after the sale, we did have a pre-existing issue that could not have been caught at the dealership without driving more miles, but Suburban not only was responsive to the issue, they took care of our repairs and dealt with my hometown dealership directly. I can't say enough about the quality of customer service I received, and would recommend anyone else doing an online transaction, or an out of state transaction, to buy confidently from Nuo Gojcaj, used car manager John Hackett, and the entire Suburban family of dealerships. They will take care of you! More

Amazing Service During a Pandemic While searching for my first used car, I came upon a vehicle at Suburban Subaru. Even though we were in the middle of a pandemic, the service when I a While searching for my first used car, I came upon a vehicle at Suburban Subaru. Even though we were in the middle of a pandemic, the service when I arrived for my test drive was excellent. Nuo made sure everything was properly cleaned, and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Although I did not end up with that vehicle, Nuo never gave me a hard time like some other dealers did. He actually sent me more potential vehicles the very next morning, and one of them became mine not too long after. Nuo did everything he could to make my first auto purchase a successful one. I am so happy with my purchase and could not have asked for a better experience and salesman! I recommend Suburban Subaru, and Nuo to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car! More
