I waited 3 hours for a software upgrade recall to be done. I think they forgot about me since my vehicle came out of the garage shortly after an agent checked on it. Nothing was explained to me about th done. I think they forgot about me since my vehicle came out of the garage shortly after an agent checked on it. Nothing was explained to me about the upgrade. I signed a lot of paperwork so I guess it was done but I’m not even sure. Then when I got into my vehicle to leave, there was paper on the floor, a plastic bag over the seat and the order number still hanging from the rear view mirror. If they were backlogged or short handed I could have come back another day. No need to cram so many jobs into one day…especially with a non emergency issue. More
