I honestly had the best dealership experience of my life at Halleen Kia of North Olmsted. I went in there upside down on my loan and was high in miles on my trade in. Josh Valentine was my sales rep and he at Halleen Kia of North Olmsted. I went in there upside down on my loan and was high in miles on my trade in. Josh Valentine was my sales rep and he listened to my needs and worked with me to get what I wanted. Previously if I was in a dealership I planned to bring a meal and stay awhile. Josh has the process so streamlined I was driving home with my new car in under 3 hours! Oleg in finance was also very efficient and made sure to explain everything to me without being condescending (because I am a woman). Honestly I believe all sales people and dealerships should be learning from this team. I am beyond thrilled with the dealership and my purchase.
