He was just as easy to deal with and as helpful as last time. I've purchased 8 cars in the past 4 years (yes, seriously) and the two at Jim Ellis were the easiest and least stressful. I had a horrible experience at another Metro-Atlanta Mazda dealer and the experience at Jim Ellis was so different it was truly amazing.
