From the little things like a new waiting room, a play area for kids, and a dedicated service team on the mechanical and technical sides of the cars, they just get it. Considering how straightforward Rupe was with the overall sale, the finance and customer service tean clearly explaining the dollars and cents, and Gunner from the tech team making it easy to enjoy my new car, it is hard to be anything but satisfied. "GO TO" Guy!! - Rich Gniadek !! I can't say enough about this dealership and their staff especially Rich Gniadek our salesman. When the SUV we wanted was not available, he found us I can't say enough about this dealership and their staff especially Rich Gniadek our salesman. When the SUV we wanted was not available, he found us the exact same one in Michigan!! Not only did he find It, he arranged for it to be brought back from Michigan within 2 days. We picked up an SUV that had the best "detail" clean up I have ever seen. The tech dept. had Gunner go through and explain every computer system from OnStar to Sirius XM. If you need a "GO TO" guy for your new or used car, then Rich Gniadek is your guy!! More

Great experience! Two weeks ago today my husband and I went to Ray Chevrolet in Foxlake. We went at 8 o'clock ( which was an hour before close) and we were escorted t Two weeks ago today my husband and I went to Ray Chevrolet in Foxlake. We went at 8 o'clock ( which was an hour before close) and we were escorted to Tony Jensen's desk. Right away Tony shook our hands and asked how he could assist us. We explained to him that we wanted to lease an SUV. We were interested in the Chevy Trax. We told him our budget and he said that he would do the best that he could. He did just that! We got the car that we needed and wanted within our budget, and with the upgrades that we wanted! It took a while to finish up paperwork and such but all the employees were so patient and explained everything to us throughout the entire process. Tony has followed up with us on several occasions to see how the car is and to ask if we needed anything. Everyone there is a genuine person that wants to make sure that all of their customers get exactly what they need and want. What more can you ask for?! More
