Brooke Ranger from the service dept is amazing and has exceptional customer service skills. She was very nice and attentive. It was such a pleasure working with her. She is very friendly. She definitely exceeded our expectations and made us feel like we are in good hands at Infiniti of Ontario. She kept us informed about the status of the car. We highly appreciate her and we will always return to this service dept for as long as we live in the I.E. I also regret that this was not the dealer that we financed that car at.
