This dealership is clean and bright. You are welcomed by a very professional receptionist in person or on the phone. The entire sales staff- from the owner, to the managers, to the sales and finance staff a a very professional receptionist in person or on the phone. The entire sales staff- from the owner, to the managers, to the sales and finance staff are patient, accommodating, and professional. We have been customers of this dealership since the 1990’s - primarily due to the service department staff. Amazing service manager and staff. We are treated as VIPs- even when our cars were 10-16 years old. All of our Infiniti vehicles have driven up to 200,000 miles each. We attribute this to the dealership and service departments keeping our cars in great condition at reasonable prices. There is nothing negative to say about this dealership. We purchased 2 vehicles yesterday and everyone was as professional and courteous and caring as they could be! I came into the dealer at 7am due to my Heater blowing out cool air. My car was diagnosed and then to find another problem which was covered under warranty. I didn't leave the dealer until 417pm. Yes, 9 out cool air. My car was diagnosed and then to find another problem which was covered under warranty. I didn't leave the dealer until 417pm. Yes, 9 hours later. When situations arise of this nature, I feel as though a shuttle or a loaner car should be available to the customer. I will add Olivia did her best to make sure she kept me updated with the progress of the car. More
