Scheduled an appointment for 10:30, and was told that there was a 90 minute wait for an oil change. At the 2 hour mark, I asked how much longer and was told everyone was at lunch. After lunch I was told there was a 90 minute wait for an oil change. At the 2 hour mark, I asked how much longer and was told everyone was at lunch. After lunch I was told it wouldn't be too much longer. My actual wait time was about 4 hours for an oil change and was told several times it was "almost" done. More
