Ollie Jackson was kind and took time to spend with me on the choices I wanted in the vehicle I chose. She is easy to talk to, a people person who can handle any kind of potential car shoppers personality, and isn't pushy or trying to sell something that I'm firm on from the beginning. She will tell me what's available if I hadn't thought of it, like the car butler option...but respects that I've done my homework and understands what I want. The ENTIRE team at 5-star is PERFECTION. From the guy who runs the car back to check the trade-in value, to the finance department, the after market guys, the quickness of the car prep, Ollie and the entire staff will keep me coming back to do business with them.
