I was very impressed with the sales department at Kelly Ford. I originally stopped in and my first contact was with Omar DeJesus and he was very kind and very knowledgeable. After speaking with him and the sales manager, Chuck Cooper, I made the decision to purchase my vehicle. Both were very professional and understanding and I did not feel pushed or pressured into anything. While I waited for my car to arrive Omar left for vacation and Justin Decker took over my case and helped me with the final sale when my car was delivered. Justin was extremely accommodating and helped me make last-minute arrangements. The sales department is very efficient, and I was in and out with all my documents signed and keys in my hand within an hour and a half. More
