When I called the service department to get service, Omar answered and he was extremely pleasant. He brought my car in Saturday, March 20th. I was totally pleased!! The service department was efficient, courteous and very honest. I really appreciate this. I wish I could remember the name of the girl at the Service desk because she was very very kind and helpful. She is top notch and sincerely cares about her job and her customers. Thank you for this great experience! I brought my car in Saturday, March 20. Please give the woman at the service desk my appreciation and kudos! She is an asset to your company! IShe has long brown hair. I was so thankful they didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. I always have a fear of that, and was praying that they wouldn’t do it. They didn’t!!That always brings back more satisfied customers! Thank you so much! More

Extremely happy with R C Hill DeLand service! Provide me a loaner when we dropped off our two vehicles for routine maintenance. Omar greeted us and we provided necessary info. RC Hill's service on my 2020 Outlander SEL was great. Some things they could not fix like the speaker phone which DOES NOT go thru the stereo speakers at all. Makes it hard to hear clearly. Also I guess I purchased a cheap car when Mitsubishi cannot even put interior lighting in your door handles ie.... window switches light up but door locks, mirror adjustments and mirror locks do not light up at night. For $30k+ I would really think that this would have been done for safety sake! Other than that I am getting 32 mpg on the highway which is great! I would not go anywhere for my service but R.C. Hill! More
