What a Fantastic Experience! I had seen the new 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 on their website and wanted more information about leasing options before I made a decision. I had bought I had seen the new 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 on their website and wanted more information about leasing options before I made a decision. I had bought my previous car from Mike Peters at the Imperial Ford store so I found his card and gave him a call. He told me that even though he was not at work that day and that he wasn't allowed to sell me a New Chevy, he would still reach out to the Chevy team and make sure I was helped. I went in on a rainy Thursday afternoon and began to look around the lot. I met up with Willie Landry, who was incredibly helpful and took the time to show me the truck on the lot, walk around and answer all the questions I had regarding the truck itself. He helped me compare the options available in the Z71 to some of the LT models on the lot and was very knowledgeable. When we began discussing the lease options, he was able to explain simply how a lease worked, how a down payment affected the monthly payment, and overall process on what a lease entailed. After the test drive, we began the leasing process, we found that Chevy did not offer many of the rebates and incentives for the Colorado and the cost per month would have been higher than I had expected even with my trade in. Bruce D'Ambra stepped in as the sales manager and inquired about my options, what I was driving, why I wanted the Colorado and what I had been expecting to spend per month. Working with Willie, he was able to get me top dollar for my trade in, and put me into a reasonable term, and get my payments right in the ballpark of what I wanted to spend. Based on the pricing we had originally discussed this must have taken a huge amount of work and they both had gone above and beyond to put me in the truck I wanted. Once Omar Ihjul in the finance office got me approved, he was a great help in explaining all the documents I was signing and how they affected either my payment or future options for purchase. I was able to pick it up the following day, as they rushed the plates and registration and schedule me to come back for the Poly Steel treatment to protect the vehicle for the term of the lease. When I returned to drop the truck off on Monday and pick it up on Tuesday, it was Willie's day off. Brian Rishe another salesman was there for me every step of the way, walking me to and from the rental office and answering many of the questions I had about the new MyLink radio system. Another consummate professional at Imperial. Overall, I could not have been happier with the experience. Between the salesmen, managers, and finance staff, I have not met a more helpful group with more patience and knowledge than this group. More

I was immediately welcomed by Bruce D'Ambra and Colby Craig on my first ever car purchase of a 2015 Chevy Cruze. They are both super friendly and really helped me with my needs. Colby was also very knowledgable about the Chevy Cruze and taught me how to use the cool technology features. First Chevy purchase ever . I was in the market for a 4 door mid-size truck and have only purchased Fords in the past. Where Ford dropped the Ranger and Sport Trac years ago it . I was in the market for a 4 door mid-size truck and have only purchased Fords in the past. Where Ford dropped the Ranger and Sport Trac years ago it left me to search only for a used low mileage truck. I decided to take a new F-150 for a test drive and stay faithful with Ford, but was too large a truck for my needs. I test drove a 2015 Colorado and was quite impressed. Thanks to Chevy they gave me an option Ford did not. Shame on Ford for leaving their die hard blue bloods like me to have to settle for a used truck. I was very pleased with the staff at Imperial. Chris McIntyre, Timothy Donohue, Bruce D’Ambra, and Omar Ihjul made my stressful buying experience an easy one. Special thanks for Chris who took the time a week later to go over the stereo options I could not figure out. I have had the truck now for almost a month and love it very much. I have had to bear the joking I have gotten from friends and family over buying a Chevy, but am glad I made the switch. Chevy has hit a grand slam in my opinion on a good quality mid-size truck.
