It was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. To assist was Finance guru Omar Ihjul. What an excellent TEAM. After the car was mine things needed to be done before I could take my car home. It took a few days but I received a phone call daily from Firas Ektilah. Having made the choice I did by going to Imperial Chevy has ended a total 6 hours per day getting to work in Worcester from Milford. Seemed endless...Now I've reached that light at the end of the tunnel. You guys are amazing. Firas I would most assuredly send people your way. David B...well done...great TEAM!!! David went the extra mile to get me the best deal possible and also a great price for my trade, from the time I walked into the showroom I was greeted with a smiling face and a handshake from David. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle, after the deal was made I was introduced to Omar in the finance dept. Poor experience, go elsewhere. I recently went in to Imperial Chevrolet looking for a new Chevrolet Spark LT. The price online was misleading, including multiple discounts that you I recently went in to Imperial Chevrolet looking for a new Chevrolet Spark LT. The price online was misleading, including multiple discounts that you cannot qualify for simultaneously. The sales staff didn't have good answers for why the price was different online versus on the showroom floor besides "those prices are just to get people in the door." My trade-in value was the lowest here of the 4 dealerships that I visited. I was unable to get realistic warranty numbers without sitting with a "finance manager" who then pressured me to do a credit check. When I decided that I was sick of being treated like I was a woman whose husband accidentally let her wander in there, I was then pushed around further. The sales rep literally held onto my trade-in keys so I couldn't leave on my own terms, and four men stood around me pressuring me to go through with the car deal. I went to a different dealership and got the same car with the same options and terms for almost $3,000 less. More

Consummate Professional I purchased a used GMC Canyon from Imperial Chevrolet about a month ago. After watching this particular truck and options package for almost a year, I purchased a used GMC Canyon from Imperial Chevrolet about a month ago. After watching this particular truck and options package for almost a year, I came across a deal that was almost too good to be true - this of course gave me trepidation when going to buy a used vehicle from a dealership. Although I walked in expecting the worst, or at best, the usual from a car sales person; I walked out as a truly happy and satisfied customer. I worked with Dave C. who is a gentleman and consummate professional. We covered the entire history of the vehicle (which I had researched before hand through friends associated with auto auctions), and nothing was left out. Dave made the buying process painless, and shot straight with me the whole time. Although there was no movement on the price that was advertised to me, that price was much more than fair for the vehicle, and I have had absolutely no buyers remorse (again, when compared to vehicles at wholesale/auction rates). The vehicle has performed admirably in the month that I've had it. In addition to the above, I actually discovered a medium-sized, but difficult to see dent in the rear around the left taillight; this was several days after the sale closed. Dave made sure I had quick access to the service group at Imperial, and Chuck and his team (thanks again Tim), were able to do minor body repair for me at no charge. I certainly didn't expect this since the issue was not part of the pricing discussion, but the service I was provided was clearly above and beyond what was required, as Imperial would have been well within their rights to charge me (given that the issue was not raised by me before driving off the lot). I intend to bring all of my future business, as well as that of my extended family's to Imperial. More
