The first time I leased, I got a much better deal at Imperial Chevy than from another dealership (I'm talking $70/month) and decided to come back when I needed to trade in two cars for one. Brian M was so helpful from the beginning - looking up different models that would fit me and my fiance's financial situation. We first came in on a Friday and he worked with us until Sunday afternoon finding us the best car. Brian was attentive through emails, texts, and phone calls and never seemed to be put out by all of our questions and second guessing. Everyone I dealt with at Imperial, both last year and this year, was very nice. Of all dealerships I've been to, this is by far the best experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car! More

2011 Hyundai Sonata Overall, my experience at Imperial Chevrolet was very good. Jake even gave us a $25.00 gift card to the Miss Mendon Diner so we could have dinner while we waitied. I admit, here, publically, that I was impatient and probably called and complained earlier than I should have, and Jake took that all in stride and that just makes him a better sales person in my book, and I thank him for that. Everyone that I spoke with, throughout my purchase at Imperial, treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. My Sonata runs great and I couldn't be happier. Also,. I literally just texted with Jake and even now even AFTER the sale is all said and done Jake is still taking care of me with a service question. Simply Awesome!! Thanks for eveything....to everyone! Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! I came into Imperial Chevrolet looking for a new car. I have had bad experiences in the past buying cars. I always felt that the salesman talked do I came into Imperial Chevrolet looking for a new car. I have had bad experiences in the past buying cars. I always felt that the salesman talked down to me and treated me different just because I am a woman. My car was about to hit 100,000 miles and I wanted to get a reliable vehicle at a good price. I met Ed Connors and he was AWESOME! I felt no pressure to buy a car at any time. Ed's focus was on helping me find the right car at the right price, and Ed did just that. I found the perfect car and even kept the same monthly payment. From start to finish the purchase was done with ease. Omar Ihjul did my financing and was so nice and explained everything to me. The sales managers Bruce D'Ambra and Tim Donohue were also so nice and helpful. I still can't believe that purchasing a vehicle can be stress free! Thank you again Imperial Chevrolet. I will recommend you guys to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. More

A no pressure buying experience I wanted a new "red" Tahoe and found it on auto trader and carguru !! I called ahead and was greeted at the door. The salesman was very nice and the car was in the showroom !I knew what I wanted and after a brief meeting with the sales manager "Tim" we had a deal.This was on Friday and I had to come back Saturday to pick the car up and pay for it .(100 miles away). On Saturday the car was all preped and ready to go !! But I had to go through the busines manager and this can get nasty when you do not buy an additonal program.Omar was friendly,humorous and courteous. More

It's the only place to buy a vehicle. . . Period! In 2003 I was looking for a truck and since I live in Nassau County on Long Island in NY, you would think I could find something. Well I looked for a long time, and no matter where I went I couldn't find what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay . . . My Brother in Law lives in Bolton MA, and mentioned "Imperial Chevy". He said they will have what your looking for at a price you won't be able to match . . . So I hopped a train north, refusing to come home empty handed, my ticket was one-way! Sure enough they did! At a price that people were asking for used vehicle's, I kid you not! Long story short, Feb, 28 2015, I signed the papers on my 2015 Silverado! This time I tried a lease, uncharted waters for me, but the guys made the process pleasant and explained everything to me in a simplified manner. I could not be happier with how the deal went. . . Twelve years after my first purchase the experience was exactly what I expected. . . . I will never buy from anyone else . . . there is no reason! If your not a Chevy guy, now at the new location, you can shop Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, and Ford all at the same address! Absolutely no reason to go anywhere else . . . More

We bought my wife's car from Imperial Chevrolet last year and had another great experience, probably the best one yet, until this time around. Scott Bregnard Jr. was the salesman for her car and we had such a great experience that when I decided to buy a brand new Silverado, I called him. He immediately remembered us. I came in the next day, found the truck we wanted, and started the paperwork! Bruce D'Ambra helped tailor the deal and worked with us to get it done, just like with my wife's car. Omar Ihjul got us a better rate than we were expecting and got our financing set. I came the following day to pick up the truck, but there was an issue with it. Scott and Bruce were more than accommodating and worked hard to find a solution to the problem. They got a new truck squared away and ready for delivery within a couple days. I am beyond satisfied and appreciative with what they did for us to get our new truck! I am very happy to have it in my driveway now. Scott is a great sales person and easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and got us the truck we were after. Bruce is equally as good of a sales manager, working hard to get us the best deal possible. Even though there was a hiccup in the process, they did everything to get it done and make us happy! They couldn't have been any better to us. We plan to purchase my wife's next vehicle there in the next few years. Go in and ask for Scott, you won't be disappointed. He worked hard, got us a deal, and went above and beyond in doing it. Imperial Chevrolet is lucky to have him. More
