After a short wait Omar was fast to do the paperwork and made it just as fun.The dealership was clean and well set up in a sports theme which was real cool. He did not waste time and got answers and information we needed quickly and effectively. He was the 1st person we saw when walking into the sales room and we are very glad we chose him to work with (versus any of the other 4+ salespeople in the area that day). I would (and will) refer him future business from both friends and associates that may desire to purchase a Chevy. The day I picked up the car he spent plenty of time with me to make sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot. My finance experience with Omar also an excellent experience and there was no time wasted. Great work from John Earl to get 2014 Cruze I went through many dealerships in Connecticut and then found a few in Mass and this was the only place that I was fortunate to have a sales man who s I went through many dealerships in Connecticut and then found a few in Mass and this was the only place that I was fortunate to have a sales man who stood by me and didn't give me the run around and our family purchases lots of vehicles. He backed me up and knew his business and I didn't have to feel defeated or stressed. Financing was a bit of hassle even though I had my own to provide and the laws of Mass are not appealing what so ever. I wouldn't trade John Earl though and would go through it again in a heartbeat to have him a sales man.. I love the car and still getting use to it!!! More

Smooth Transition After having a bad experience at another dealership in Massachusetts my boyfriend recommended Imperial. Upon walking into Imperial (which was after a Patriots game close to closing on a Sunday) The staff was extremely friendly and upbeat. Brian Martin showed me a few cars but given that it was close to closing we made an appointment for another evening. Brian is a terrific salesperson who is very knowledgeable with Chevy & Buick products. Brian gave me his cell phone number and asked that I look at the website and pick out a few vehicles that I wanted to see. When I came back in for my test drive he had all the vehicles lined up and ready to go. A few days later I picked up my beautiful Buick Lacrosse and could not be happier. I definitely will work with Brian again when my daughters are ready for their first cars. More
