After he set us up with the car we meet Omar, which was just as great as it was with Scott. Professional, polite, funny , and couldnt be more helpful. The total experience was fantastic!!! Our Salesman Dave Capuzziello was very informative, friendly and prompt to answer any questions we had. When it came down to the price of the vehicle he worked with the sales manager and us to close the deal! Imperial's Finace department was just as good. We were in and out of there, driving our new Tahoe within 2 hours. I would recommmend this Dealership to all. More

Best car buying experience you could ask for! I am a first time car buyer, only 19 years old, and was looking to buy a car that was good on gas. As soon as i pulled into the lot, my salesman, Patr I am a first time car buyer, only 19 years old, and was looking to buy a car that was good on gas. As soon as i pulled into the lot, my salesman, Patrick, listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect car in minutes! The financial department helped me get the payments I could afford and even assisted me with paying the down payment on my insurance for my new car. I knew how much I was able to afford for monthly payment and really wanted to get a new car, but was willing to go with a used car to stay within my budget. Ed Connors was extremely pleasant, helpful and willing to listen to my situation. He spent a lot of time (several hours) with me to help me find the vehicle that I would be happy with and that would fit into my budget. He spent the needed time with me to test drive several vehicles and find the perfect fit. Omar Ihjul was very pleasant and helpful. He went to great lengths to get me the best possible financing. I was able to leaving the dealership extremely happy with a new 2014 Spark, which I absolutely love. I highly recommend Imperial Chevrolet if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. We worked with John Earl who was super polite and very professional. Also worked with Tim Donohue and Omar Ihjul who were both friendly, funny and professional. These 3 guys really know their stuff and very eager to please me. John worked extra hard with delivering my new truck in a short amount of time and getting my plates 5 minutes before the registry closed. He also bought my wife and I dinner at the Diner next door, which had great food and excellent service. I will definitely return to this dealer for my future business. More
