I cannot say enough about how I was treated this time (my 3rd time visiting) Imperial. Kyle Ives spent a lot of time with us making sure we got the car that was exactly right for us, never pressuring us and looking for a car that was exactly in our budget. Prior to my visit I have to also thank Santos Cruzado for always emailing me new listing and seeing how my car search was going. The floor management Tim Donohue was also great! My fiancé made some request to look at the car on the lift and he made it happen. Omar Ihjul, in finance, was just amazing and I felt like I was in very good hands when working with him. I felt like they really cared about our situation and was willing to do whatever humanly possible to make it happen. I truly appreciate all of their efforts; these people are a HUGE asset to your company. In my opinion, the size of the dealership's used car inventory gives them the ability to allow more for trade-ins too. Our salesperson Ed Connors, Sales Managers Tim & Tom and Finance Manager Omar all stayed an hour late on a Wednesday night to help us complete the purchase. They worked with us to get a great deal on both the new truck we purchased and the Jeep we traded in. Thanks guys. Our new 2014 Silverado is gorgeous. Satisfied Customer I went to Imperial Chevrolet on a Friday evening knowing that I had no money to put down and that my vehicle had no real value. I knew how much I was able to afford for monthly payment and really wanted to get a new car, but was willing to go with a used car to stay within my budget. Ed Connors was extremely pleasant, helpful and willing to listen to my situation. He spent a lot of time (several hours) with me to help me find the vehicle that I would be happy with and that would fit into my budget. He spent the needed time with me to test drive several vehicles and find the perfect fit. Omar Ihjul was very pleasant and helpful. He went to great lengths to get me the best possible financing.
