The whole process was so smooth and quick, we are thrilled with the outcome. The process exceeded out expectation. Since it was around 5pm, we were able to pick up our new 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid the next day. Jamal helped us settled down first and then Teddy was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable with explanation everything for more then one hour long. Then, on the pick up day, Japindar was very professional with walking us through the steps in financing options and maintenance plans etc. Then, Omar just took us to our new car and handed us the key and explain everything. Overall it was one of the best purchasing experiences. It should be this way as well. Definitely have to shout out to Theodore J. (Teddy) for his professionalism and follow-ups after sales. We will never forget about the experience and will be referring to our family and friends to Teddy at Paragon Honda Dealer on Northern Blvd, Queens whenever we know someone needs to buy a car.
