Our salesman was great! He was very exact in describing all the features and went above and beyond in showing us how features work. We made our decision to purchase the car and asked that all paperwork be all the features and went above and beyond in showing us how features work. We made our decision to purchase the car and asked that all paperwork be ready to sign to make the deal fast and efficient when we arrived the next morning. His part of this was done. He understood all of our terms before we arrived the next day for the sale. The financial piece the next day however ruined what could have been a pleasant experience. It took several hours and tied up our time the entire morning. More

f you want to get scammed, please go to this dealer. I was told at 8:30 am this morning by Jeremy that they could match a price from another dealer. I agreed to purchase the vehicle, so they asked me to s was told at 8:30 am this morning by Jeremy that they could match a price from another dealer. I agreed to purchase the vehicle, so they asked me to submit a credit ap . I did so, then received 3 calls asking me to come in to the dealership. I said I will once we have a deal in writing because I dont want any suprises. I texted Jeremy, my salesman, at multiple points throughout the day with no response. I called in twice and was put on hold for 20 miinutes. I also was told by 2 people that I would get a call back in 5 minutes, which I didnt. I was also scheduled for calls with management at 1:30 pm and 6:30 pm which they no call no showed. I finally got a manger on the phone at 7 pm.. He told me that they couldnt match the deal and was trying to convince me that I was being scammed by the other dealer. Needless to say, I purchased from the other dealer and glad I did. More
