They price gouged me knowingly. They insisted that the sticker paper that was in my glove compartment did not belong to the car I was buying when the vin # on the paper appeared al They insisted that the sticker paper that was in my glove compartment did not belong to the car I was buying when the vin # on the paper appeared all over. I'm supposed to be a long time customer. I have bought Nissan vehicles since 1975...I have been a loyal Nissan customer, evidently they don't value me as a customer. No more Nissans for me. Very dissapointed and frustrated. More

Overall all experience was not that great. I tried negotiating my price over the phone prior to coming to the dealership, so once I arrived I barely received any attention from my salesman. It I tried negotiating my price over the phone prior to coming to the dealership, so once I arrived I barely received any attention from my salesman. It seemed he was handling multiple sales at once so I waited a good 30-45 minutes, then was taken to finance person to start signing. I didn’t notice the numbers weren’t the same as we discussed prior to me arriving until I got home that night, which was disappointing. In essence I put down more down payment to get my payment down, and the discounts shown in my quote were gone. Also, I spun the wheel after signing but never received the money I won in my spin. The sales manager that helped me move my stuff over to the new car was great though, he spent more time with me showing me the gadgets and setting up my car than the salesman spent with me. Buying a car is never something I look forward to, but this experience was probably my worst. More
