He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process enjoyable from beginning to end. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the other sales guy who worked the numbers with me. I feel terrible because I can’t remember his name, but he deserves a ton of credit too. He was the one who really made the deal come together, gave me top dollar for my trade, and worked everything out so I could leave with the truck I actually wanted. Orlando handled the final signing, and I appreciated him too because right as I was about to leave, he literally came running out after catching a small APR decrease so he could update everything before I drove off. It wasn’t a huge difference, but the fact that he made sure I got every little bit of savings instead of just letting me leave really stood out to me. What impressed me most, though, was the dealership as a whole. Every single person I interacted with treated me and my family incredibly well. The atmosphere never felt pushy, uncomfortable, or like I was just another sale walking through the door. They genuinely treated us like family the entire time we were there. I’ve bought vehicles before, but I’ve never had a dealership experience this good. Patrick and the rest of the team made the whole thing something I’ll actually remember for the right reasons. I got the Frontier I wanted, got an excellent value for my trade, felt taken care of from the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away, and left genuinely happy with the entire experience. They tried to rip me off by having me sign a contract for a car worth $26k for $45k. Once I got home and was able to look at the numbers I saw what a horrible and deceptive deal it was.
