The service received was excellent. I realized as I checked in that my scheduled appointment was actually for the day prior. My advisor, Johnny, was able to check me in and my service w I realized as I checked in that my scheduled appointment was actually for the day prior. My only issue was that I noticed on my inspection sheet that my cabin filter was recommended for needing replacement and i would have liked to receive a call asking if I wanted to have it replaced. Besides that, I was happy with the overall service. More

I was sold a car with a nail in its tire, I filled the air the night I left the dealership. I called my salesman about the tire a few days later because I had to keep refilling the air. He referred me to air the night I left the dealership. I called my salesman about the tire a few days later because I had to keep refilling the air. He referred me to servicing and but I got turned around, they told me it would be 2 hours until I could be seen without an appointment and it was likely they would not be able to get to me that afternoon to patch the tire. So I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and the service was awful. It took two hours with an appointment to patch my tire and I received no updates. I also feel I should have gotten a new tire because it was sold to me with a nail, but I did not have to pay for the patch. More
