Mark and Travis went above and beyond to get us the exact car we wanted!! It took a while, but we went home happy. One critique is I didn't really like the hard sell by the finance department. car we wanted!! It took a while, but we went home happy. Fortunately for them, the vehic I purchased a used vehicle for nearly thirty grand, only for the transmission to go out on me less than a week later. Fortunately for them, the vehicle still had it’s factory warranty and I was given a replacement tranny with a loaner car to pacify me until repairs were made. It’s clear these future corpses don’t test or inspect cars before selling them. Then, I got an inspection before the end of my warranty, only for service staff unable to discover any problems, yet I come back in two weeks later for an oil change to discover I have a critical repair that needed to be done. So, I guess they couldn’t catch preventive maintenance during the longevity of my warranty and I am stuck paying the bill for something that would have been previously paid for. I get it, car dealerships aren’t charities. They exist to squeeze as much money as possible out of their customers. Yet, these underhanded practices are going to hurt people. I didn’t pay this astronomical amount of money to have these kinds of problems within three years of my purchase. I’m surprised hate has yet to manifested itself within a cut-throat dealership such as this one. More
