We got a price from Sport Subaru for trading in our car sight unseen on line for more than they offered us being a customer at the dealership we purchased our car from. We took an 80 mile ride to Sport Sub sight unseen on line for more than they offered us being a customer at the dealership we purchased our car from. We took an 80 mile ride to Sport Subaru and felt welcomed and valued just walking through the door. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Orlando Rodriguez. We told him that we wanted to trade our car in for a new Crosstrek. He was very helpful. He showed us just what we were looking for, and accommodated us all the way through our experience right until the time that we purchased the car. Sport Subaru is definitely the place to purchase a car, and Orlando Rodriguez is definitely the person to see for your purchase. They gave us an excellent price for our trade in and an excellent price for the new car. We will be a customer for life. We'll worth the 80 mile drive to Sport Subaru. A lot has changed in the car buying world since I last purchased one, 17 years ago. This is by far the best shopping experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. From the first ‘Chat’ with Dorothy purchased one, 17 years ago. This is by far the best shopping experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. From the first ‘Chat’ with Dorothy Blandi online to the first handshake with Orlando Rodriguez I felt valued, welcomed and at no time pressured. They had staged several vehicles for me to look at matching my requirements allowing me to look at them side by side, feature by feature. Orlando took time to describe each to me and did not try to steer my decision at all, he answered ALL my questions with patience and respect. The time from decision to out the door was seamless, thorough and timely. I cannot express how happy I am with my vehicle and grateful I am to the personnel who helped me.
