She was the first person to greet me with a huge smile and a handshake, and from that moment on, her customer service was absolutely incredible. Constance was so welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. She knew all the details, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was that she stayed past closing to make sure my deal was completely finalized. She never made me feel rushed at all. She even took the extra time to help me get everything set up in my Mustang, including Apple CarPlay, and helped put my plate on the car. Those little things made such a huge difference and showed how much she genuinely cares about her customers. I walked away feeling like I was taken care of from beginning to end. Whenever I’m ready for another vehicle, I would come back to this dealership specifically because of Constance. She is truly an asset to the team and deserves all the recognition possible.
