I wasn't greeted at first but they did help me out right away . The car was done pretty quickly . The girl who checked me out wasn't sure if I needed to pay for the service or not because the notes weren't away . The car was done pretty quickly . The girl who checked me out wasn't sure if I needed to pay for the service or not because the notes weren't clear but i told her it was complimentary so she let me go. And then finding my car.. I feel like someone should have pulled the car out for me cuz it was hard to get out the way it was parked . But other than that it was good service :) More

Oscar made my visit more comfortable as I went alone and streamlined the process of having a damaged evaporator. He kept me updated through texts both days. I got my car back in just one day and he didn't p streamlined the process of having a damaged evaporator. He kept me updated through texts both days. I got my car back in just one day and he didn't pressure me to options that I knew of, but couldn't afford to get at the time. The estimate for an evaporator was $1700, but warranty covered that and the diagnostic. The service center guys had to move my stuff for the repair and was very nice about putting it in a box. I would definitely come back to this location for Oscar's help specifically. More
