The experience started out ok, but the service took much longer than anticipated. The main issue was that the service advisor claimed the car needed alignment. I agreed to the service and was changed for it longer than anticipated. The main issue was that the service advisor claimed the car needed alignment. I agreed to the service and was changed for it (along with a battery terminal cleaning). The car is new, purchased last November, and has a maintenance package so all of that seemed strange to me. That a car so new would need those things and also that I should be charged for them. After getting home I realized I probably shouldn’t have been charged for the alignment even though it’s not covered in the maintenance package but since the car is less than a year old and under 10k miles. I researched and found out that is the case. I reached out to the dealership since and worked with the service manager to get it corrected and 3 weeks later I still do not have my refund, what I do have is a lot of excuses as to why it’s not been refunded back to my card yet. Whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and made me feel the team there cannot be trusted. I’ll be taking my car to a different dealership for service moving forward. More
