I was unable to reach Service to schedule an appt. yesterday ( made several attempts) but when I showed up this morning Oscars Johnson handled everything very efficiently and with a very pleasant dem yesterday ( made several attempts) but when I showed up this morning Oscars Johnson handled everything very efficiently and with a very pleasant demeanor. I love this dealership! I live within one mile of another Toyota dealership, but I choose to drive 20+ miles to come to this one. Great service & they never try to sell me unnecessary services. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional If a customer is waiting for you to finish a phone call, the very moment you hang up , that customer should be acknowledged, especially when you’ve se If a customer is waiting for you to finish a phone call, the very moment you hang up , that customer should be acknowledged, especially when you’ve seen the customer and customer has been waiting several minutes. You should not grab your cell phone to send a text, glance at and ignore the customer. “Yeah dude, I’m still standing here!” A simple acknowledgment such as “I’ll be with you in a moment” goes a long way. Not one but two staff members were unfriendly and unprofessional. The guy at the check in counter and the girl at the cashier. I did not work with these people, they were the ones on staff at pick up. More

It was great.. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time but. It did not take that long..
