First off, I would like to say I enjoyed not having the buzzards circling the lot when we got out. We walked inside and were nicely greeted and introduced to Oscar Mora. We told him what we were looking for in a used vehicle. He went out and brought up the perfect almost no mileage Yukon. He knew everything about the car and made us feel very comfortable. We ended up with an excellent deal and was out in just a couple of hours. I would highly recommend him and the whole Ewing crew. More

Professional and Personable I negotiated the details of a car sale over the phone with Oscar. When we arrived to test drive the vehicle, he was waiting for us, the car was detail I negotiated the details of a car sale over the phone with Oscar. When we arrived to test drive the vehicle, he was waiting for us, the car was detailed, and in a small showroom. The vehicle was immaculate and Oscar spent time going over details of the car for us. When we had completed the test drive, Oscar escorted us to meet our finance coordinator, David. David had all the details loaded up on his computer and he took us through the closing and finance paperwork. We opted for an extended warranty and finance through the dealership's finance institution. At no time was there any "confusion' or re-hashing of the deal we had made with Oscar. Both David and Oscar were very pleasant and personable. I don't believe we were at the dealership for more than an hour and a half. Oscar followed up the next day with a phone call to be sure everything was okay. I'm seventy years old and have purchased many many cars, trucks and boats in those years and none of those experiences compared to the treatment we got at Ewing Buick. More

Oscar gave us a test drive and was able to fully explain all the features of the car. He was personable without all the pressure! I honestly hate the typical car-buying experience. I don’t need a car salesman to act like my new best friend with tons of personal get-to-know-you questions. After all, it’s just a business deal! Oscar was forthright and honest, and we never waited long for an estimate on our trade-in, a response to our offer, or a financing offer. Overall, a very enjoyable experience! More

Amazing customer service! I was in a bind after being in a car accident and needed a new car. The first night I went to look at the car I was still a little tired and hazy fro I was in a bind after being in a car accident and needed a new car. The first night I went to look at the car I was still a little tired and hazy from the accident but Oscar was very friendly. I told him what I wanted to spend and he said he would keep his eyes out for me. A few days later he called with an option to buy a 2014 Buick Encore. He got the price lowered a little bit and was extremely nice. He usually got off at 6 but since I couldn't be there till about 6, he stayed late to make sure that I was extremely happy and comfortable with my purchase. He also stayed until I was about to drive off the lot and explained exactly what every single button in that car controlled, from the lights, to the radio to anything else you can imagine. No other car dealer has ever done that. I am extremely happy with Oscar and Ewing Buick GMC. My mom was with me when I bought my car and she was impressed and vowed to buy her next car from Oscar as well. I am so happy with this car and with the impeccable service I received! More
