All I have to say is that due to my last visit I won’t renew my lease with Volvo, I m gone shop for another car ! I end it up paying over $600 on repair for a 2019 car. This is not acceptable! Even when you have absolutely no idea what's wrong with your car, you can ask your friend to " Imagine you have a friend who's really great with cars. Even when you have absolutely no idea what's wrong with your car, you can ask your friend to "take a look" and trust that they will tell you honestly what the likely cause is. That's exactly what it feels like walking into Volvo/Oak Park. The service staff doesn't expect you to be an amateur auto-mechanic. They know their business, they take pride in getting you back on the road quickly and with an absolute minimum impact on your pocketbook. And, you won't feel like an idiot trying to explain what brought you in. Great experience. More
