We arrived a few minutes late and there were several people to point us to our service rep who was very helpful and efficient. He took care of our needs and promptly had the vehicle in the shop and told people to point us to our service rep who was very helpful and efficient. Excellent service from Jarrett Elder, Sr. , he called me back as soon as I called him and walked me in when I got to the dealership because my car battery was dead, he took care of the situati , he called me back as soon as I called him and walked me in when I got to the dealership because my car battery was dead, he took care of the situation and three hours later, I left the dealership with a new battery and thankful for their attention.
