I have to wait two hours and call three times for a shuttle to pick me up to get my car. Drivers were very nice though More

Toyota of Coconut Creek responded

I am so sorry to hear that the shuttle took longer than anticipated. We strive to offer a seamless experience and would never want to inconvenience a customer. I'll be sure to address these concerns with my team so we can work towards improving. Thank you for your business, Gary Cann - Vice President Parts and Service - (954) 972-1100
