We were greeted by a very friendly staff and set up with a test drive. The dealership was very busy as this was one of the first sunny Saturdays of spring in Columbus. Our salesman Spyros was very very busy but always took the time to touch base with us and kept things moving along. Otis Tate helped out at times and also took time to talk things over with us. Both salesmen were very friendly and never pushy. We spent the majority of time with Spyros and would definitely buy from him again. Spyros was an extremely personable, friendly and patient salesman. Although the dealership was very busy he made the buying experience a great one. If you are looking for a new Honda look no further than Roush and ask for Spyros. Great staff, dealership and experience. We also love our new Accord!!! More

Great Employees to work with! It started off with my wife getting a CR-V Exl in November.. We worked with Otis Tate. He was very friendly and personable with the entire experience. It started off with my wife getting a CR-V Exl in November.. We worked with Otis Tate. He was very friendly and personable with the entire experience. While we were there I told him that I was interested in getting a Civic Type R in white when one became available. Well about 3 weeks went by and I received a phone call from Otis that one is currently being built and shipped to Roush Honda around Christmas. Otis did an awesome job keeping in touch and was great to get everything moving over the phone, which I'm glad because my wife and I have a very busy schedule. All in all Otis called me and said it's arrived I asked him to get all the paperwork together for this evening so all we has to do was come in and sign. It was definitely a great experience and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a Honda to go to Roush and talk to Otis! More
