He found the exact car we were looking for and sold it to us at an agreeable price. When we took possession of the car, he had programmed all the settings, which we had requested.. Also, he spent about an hour with us explaining all of the great electronics features of the car. I came to Columbus for my daughter's baby shower and to surprise her with a gift honoring her college graduation. I have bought many cars in my lifetime in NYC metro and NC. Of course with the internet today and as a life long Consumer Report subscriber/contributor it's easy to get a lot of data on Dealer auto costs and car quality and reliability. My daughter and son-in-law both wanted a CRV because of it's quality/reliability ratings and to support the Ohio economy. Otis and Cameron made it a seamless and transparent experience, even finding a way around some rather inflexible policy to make the sale and close the deal. Everyone left the agreement feeling it was a win-win. And when the wire transfer of funds ran into trouble, the supporting staff couldn't have been better to make it happen!
