We noticed that the vehicle was not cleaned well after we drive off with it and got it in different lighting. We also noticed that the air vents in the ceiling are all loose and not snapped in. I feel those drive off with it and got it in different lighting. We also noticed that the air vents in the ceiling are all loose and not snapped in. I feel those are things that should not happen when buying a $41,000 vehicle. More

Otis is a great guy! Very disappointed in dealership. Regular maintenance not completed before delivery and new tires not put on as requested resulting in greater than $1 Very disappointed in dealership.
