I’ve bought one and leased two, and I’ve had such a great experience every time. Even though it’s about a 30-minute drive for me, I won’t go anywhere else for my service or when it’s time for another car. Ouafaa has been the person I’ve worked with every time, and she is wonderful. She’s always so helpful and makes the whole process easy and comfortable. Well needless to say we ended up at Kia of Wallingford and had the pleasure of being greeted by a wonderful woman named WaFa. Let me just say that our first interaction with her made us feel comfortable and confident that my wife and I were gonna get treated just like family. After finding the perfect vehicle we decided to move forward with the purchase and I will say that the process was so easy with no stress or pressure.
