Because the drivetrain malfunction message lit up on my 2015 BMW 5 series, I reached out to my trusted, knowledgeable advisor Robert Cohoon at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury and he set me up with an appointm 2015 BMW 5 series, I reached out to my trusted, knowledgeable advisor Robert Cohoon at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury and he set me up with an appointment for the next day. When I arrived very early for the appointment, another advisor Oulay stepped in to help me. Later that day I received a two minute video with the technician explaining that a broken electric wastegate actuator rod caused the malfunction message. The text showed the broken part, offered other recommendations such as replacing The broken right rear coil spring and its pair, both rear shocks, shock mounts and bump stops with new hardware, and more. My advisor Robert texted me and stayed in touch with me in a straightforward, clear manner making sure that I understood the status. By the end of the day I received a written summary with a cost estimate as well as a helpful phone conversation from Oulay who clearly explained the recommendations and cost. I was told that all of the parts were an inventory, and the tech who did the video would be working on my car. I was also told that the car could probably be done in a 24 to 48 hour turnaround so I authorized the work to be done. The next day when I sent a brief message inquiring about the status of my car, the response from Robert my car was ready and I could even use an Xpress lane service to save me 20 minutes when I picked up my car. I picked up my car and the ride home was great. The car is fixed and I have confidence in the work that was done by Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury and I’m grateful for Robert Cohoon’s ability to help me with exceptional service. More

In March 2017 I purchased a new X3 SUV at BMW of Sudbury. I have returned there for every service interval. The Service Department personnel I have dealt with have uniformly been excellent, responsive, and I have returned there for every service interval. The Service Department personnel I have dealt with have uniformly been excellent, responsive, and well-informed. Their pricing is very reasonable given that we’re talking about a luxury vehicle. More
