As for the lower Service Department rating this goes back to my 2016 Outback, I was having low tire pressure on one tire after the third time taking it in and insisting (with pictures of my low pressure tire) the tire be removed and checked the problem was resolved but not before the warranty ran out. If the technician would have explored the problem even after the second return the warranty would have covered my $100.00+ expense. But to their credit all other services have been great. More

Went into Subaru of Jax with my 85 year old father to help him get a vehicle that would be easy to get in and out of. We tested both the Outback and Forester. In the end the dealer supported my father pu help him get a vehicle that would be easy to get in and out of. We tested both the Outback and Forester. In the end the dealer supported my father purchasing the less expensive Forester because it was easier to get into for my dad. Salesman’s and Finance were both professional and adhered to Covid safety protocols. Easiest car purchase I have ever seen. I have done the dealer goat rope at two other dealerships locally and gave up a whole day of my life just trying to get a fair price. Not at Subaru of Jacksonville. More

Reminder to everyone, unfreeze your accounts before you go car shopping, just in case you do decide to apply for a loan rather than paying cash. This is our second car purchased from Jerry & we are so happy we bought our car at this dealership. The buying process was great & stress free. We feel we got a good deal for our new Outback Onyx. Everyone else we encountered were very professional & friendly as well. The facility works very well in observing CDC guidelines to keep their customers & staff safe.
