I walked in on Wednesday September the 16th & by September the 18th I was driving my new vehicle home. SHE MADE IT HAPPEN!!!!!! She ensured the colour, make & model arrived to Jacksonville from Ocala. And she stayed in touch with me through out the day. I went into Subaru of Jacksonville to look at the car I had been researching & did not intend to test drive or do anything except look.. Malak came over & we talked & she was so helpful & easy to talk to. She spoke to me with Concern & Grace, as I explained my situation & she walked me over to the screen & pulled up the vehicle I wanted & she WAS AMAZING!! She listened to my needs & she immediately assured me that my vehicle was a great choice & let me know there would be no issues as it was not on the lot BUT SHE REASSURED ME THAT she could get it for me. AND SHE DID!!!!! I had not intended to do a test drive but she brought the model over for me to look at & I decided to take it for a drive. I was SOLD. The vehicle was just super! After she took my details, I assured her I would be ready to pick it up as soon as she could get it there. She PULLED out all the stops & my vehicle was there by Friday the 18th!! Her ability to connect & listen was EXACTLY what I needed & I so appreciated it. When I asked about window tinting, she gave me a recommendation & again my vehicle was taken care of within 2 days. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was walking me through this big purchase! She is the reason why I drove home happy as all get out in my 2026 Subaru Forester!! If everyone has a salesperson like Malak they would never hesitate to walk into a car dealership, as she was helpful & never ever hesitated to answer every question & explain all the features. Mr Martinez was very helpful and answered questions for me and for my son who helped me, we discussed the differences in models and how suited to my needs mostly city traffic, with occasional 200 mile RT jaunts! Mr Martinez demonstrated the features of the model thoroughly and it gave me confidence to be aware of the myriad safety features! I will keep going back to this dealership and Enjoying the security and safety offered through the Subaru automobiles! I was able to lease the “sport model” Hybrid Crosstrek, and I’m very happy with it!! Again, a fourth time; “I Love my Subaru”!!! More
