Wasn't allowed to speak to the service advisor who had been dealing with my vehicles while there for repairs. Service manager told my wife another dealership would be happy to have us, he called her a b** been dealing with my vehicles while there for repairs. Service manager told my wife another dealership would be happy to have us, he called her a b**ch and when she left he flicked her off in the parking lot...real professional for a service manager, his name was Roy. Needless to say vehicle still is not fixed and came home with a flat tire, check engine light still on, an oil leak (which it didn't have prior to going there) and the o-ring on the cylinder in the engine they just replaced is leaking and they want an additional $1500 to fix them, after we just put 5k into the car for the engine they installed. And the cover to my fuel pump was laying kn the back seat that they didn't put back together either, and it was not given to them that way. More

My 3rd poor visit to W&L. I’m done. I will not be returning or recommending. They don’t listen or communicate effectively, they didn’t fix the problem came in for and didn’t k I’m done.
