It seems like the callers don’t review—or don’t have access to—upcoming appointments, because I keep receiving multiple calls even after I’ve already scheduled one. Most recently, I got a call about my “first service appointment” for an oil change and tire rotation on my EV. As far as I know, EVs don’t require oil changes, so that added to the confusion.
