Went there to see a car I saw online, I was approached by Paolo in a friendly manner. Paolo listened to what I wanted and explained all the features on the new car. Never felt pressured to complete the sale. When the value came back on my trade lower than expected he did everything he could to get it closer to where I needed it to be. He waited patiently never pushing when I was trying to get a hold of the co-owner who was not onsite. He then brought me to Ryan in finance. I felt like we became friends real quick - sharing personal details of kids and life. Ryan did not try to sell me anything extra. Got to the point was willing to give me a day to get the title of the trade and other set of keys to him. It was a very quick and easy process of buying a new vehicle.
