I came to Advanced Chevrolet after a lousy experience with another local Chevrolet dealer. Advanced Chevrolet definitely succeeded where the other failed. At Advanced, Paolo Suarez was my dealer. I set u with another local Chevrolet dealer. Advanced Chevrolet definitely succeeded where the other failed. At Advanced, Paolo Suarez was my dealer. I set up a build on a 2021 model with him. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and super professional. There was a small window of time to make some changes before the order was official, and I had at least a few curve balls to throw Paolo's way. Paolo handled everything like a gentleman: he was communicative (good phone and e-mail skills) and responded to every request within a reasonable amount of time. I know that vehicle builds generally take a while, often times up to 3 months, but mine only took 2 months. I have to thank Paolo for doing such a fine job. Not only did Paolo do a great job with the vehicle order, he knew just what to do when my bank, who originally offered to finance my vehicle, dropped the ball and delayed processing of my loan approval. Paolo connected me with Timothy in finance who actually got me a better deal than what my bank offered, believe it or not. This review is no hype. I typically dread dealing with dealerships and the whole car-buying process, but my experience at Advanced Chevrolet was rather pleasant. I personally have to thank Paolo Suarez for a job well done. It may be a while before I go back for a new Chevrolet vehicle, but if I do I will likely choose Advanced Chevrolet again. My best wishes to Paolo, Timothy, and the Advanced team. More
