Everyone here was very professional. Paolo Suarez was especially accommodating, showing me exactly what I asked for and never trying to persuade me to get anything out of my price range which was a big p especially accommodating, showing me exactly what I asked for and never trying to persuade me to get anything out of my price range which was a big problem at other dealers. This was definitely not a plan or on my radar to do but unfortunately someone totaled out my 2018 Equinox so I was left to start all over. Paolo was great. He took the time to go over everything and explained all my options and he respected my decisions. He never made me feel rushed to make a decision. After the purchase was complete he took the time to set up everything. He made sure I knew how to work everything and he let me know he was there any time I needed assistance.
