Great customer service, just took longer than planned I love the customer service here, and a great lobby to wait in. The staff is really friendly and seemed to do their best to get me what I needed. Unfo I love the customer service here, and a great lobby to wait in. The staff is really friendly and seemed to do their best to get me what I needed. Unfortunately this last time wound up taking 2-3 times longer than expected—I didn’t have an appointment, so I was happy to get a ride home until it was done if it would take a while, but I was under the impression it wouldn’t take very long. Bummer that happened, but still love the people and this service center. More
